What information we collect

We keep things simple. When you contact us through WhatsApp, we see your name and phone number. That's it. We don't run contact forms, we don't collect email addresses, and we don't store payment details — all payments happen in person at the studio.

How we use your information

We only use your contact details to reply to your booking request and confirm your appointment. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we don't share your details with anyone else.

Booking through Fresha

If you book online through Fresha, their own privacy policy applies to the information you provide there. You can read it at fresha.com.
